Can't remember what the issue was - but I resolved it some time ago.

Hi David, 

Can you let us know what error message are you getting? Also, something has changed into your environment that can have affected bamboo? I mean, some upgrade, migration server, etc?

On these links below, you can check some factors that can affect bamboo agents to start. Also check if do you have the correct permissions and free disk space.
