Does Bamboo Cloud (aka OnDemand) work with Xcode projects? Has anyone had experience with this?

It wouldn't. Bamboo OnDemand can only work with Elastic Bamboo agents - these are virtual machines running on Amazon's EC2 system.

EC2 virtual machines are either Linux or Windows based - they don't have OSX images.

Xcode needs OSX to build - either desktop or server. As such, you can't build on an EC2 virtual machine, which in turn means you wouldn't be able to use Elastic Bamboo, and thus not Bamboo OnDemand.

A local Bamboo server could work, as long as you could give it at least one OSX build agent.
