We are unable to build a project due to Message of the Web file restrictions during build process.

Getting this message:

Couldn't process file frmLocationSetup.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files.

Hi @eric ward

It seems this is an issue with Visual Studio. It is affecting multiple users according to this thread: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/291761/couldnt-process-file-abcresx-due-to-its-being-in-t.html

You should be able to reproduce the same issue from outside Bamboo.
