Task Executable drop down is empty

I have selected a command task as part of my plan. Once the command configuration page is displayed, the task Executable drop down is empty and there is no link for add a new executable.

What is not configured correctly?

Hmm, I vaguely remember there were some issues with command tasks on OnDemand. Why not use a script task? It's just as good (tbh. it's better) and should work on OnDemand.
