Syncing Shared Dev Sandbox Changes

How do you guys handle syncing changes from the shared dev sandbox down to the individual dev sandboxes? I'm assuming you would merge from dev/master and then perform an ANT push operation to your dev sandbox. Is this correct?

That's pretty much how we do it, yep!

Usually we compile our Mavensmate project in Sublime Text rather than use Ant but whatever works best for your flow. 

You could even build bamboo plans to update your sandboxes on command.
