Set Merge Options in Bamboo auto-merge

The title prettymuch says it all; in particular when using the autobranching with Branch Updater I'd like to have git use --no-ff. Is there a good way to set this there? As well as other options?

There is no way to disable the fast forward merging at the moment but I opened a feature request for you so we can implement it in the future. Please watch and vote for it!
