SCP plug in

I have SCP plug in available on Bamboo cloud . Can i use this to tranfer my war file to remote location ?

As long as you've got the credentials and the remote location allows ssh access - yes.

No. The scp task uses ssh to distribute the file. You'll just need to make sure that the end location is open to receive the connection from aws.
