S3 artifact storage; what happens to pre-switch artifacts?

We're planning on moving our artifacts storage to S3, as Atlasssian has required.  Will our old artifacts also be moved there, and if not, will we be able to deploy those older build artifacts?

Hello Kim,

Your artifacts will be stored at the same place they are now, on Bamboo instance local disk. They will be removed by expiry process according to your settings. You will be able to deploy them at any time you need them.
