We face a situation where the build is successful and Bamboo run script default job configuration waits for 3 hours all the time to move on to the next task in job.

It feels like a timeout, but we cannot find a configuration which would have caused the problem

Hi Dilini,

  • If you take a look at the logs what does Bamboo show that it's doing during that time period?
  • Is this a Source Code Checkout task?
  • What do you mean the "script default job configuration"?
  • How big is the repository?

At this point what I would do is kick off a new build and attach a copy of the truncated log file showing the time the build started and the time it ended.

Cheers,

Branden
