It looks like the only people who can move jobs up and down in the Bamboo build queue are administrators. We would like to be able to give certain people permission to manipulate the queue without giving them full adminstrative access. Is this possible?

IIRC it's sufficient to grant plan admin permission, you don't have to make them full admins.

Sorry, but plan admins do not have permission to change the queue order.

Still need to be Global admin to re-order builds.  Would be good to have per-project or per-build-plan permission for this so a few select people can manipulate the order of their project without being global admins.
