PlanSpecs Granted Bamboo Specs access for repository

Hi,
I try to implemnt the "Granted Bamboo Specs access for repository " feature in our PlanSpecs Code but I didn't find anything about how to do this.
I tried to find out the code differences by setting up two new Deploy Projects, one with the repository permission and one without. But after checking the java code I can't see a difference between both. Has anyone setup this with Java or Kotlin PlanSpecs code?
