Internal Server Error when Manually Running a Build Plan

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

This appears to be only for a single user. They are unable to trigger a manual build, and receive the following internal server error all the time. Unable to replicate with any other user, permissions have been verified. Any ideas?
