How to schedule auto deployment and redeploy the existing deployed release in an environment ?

If there is a release-1 created from main branch and deployed in production, also there is a latest release-2 deployed in non-production environment which is still being tested.

Is there way that the scheduled auto deployment should deploy the current release (release-1) in production instead of deploying the  latest release-2 from the default(main) branch.
