How to integrate clover result via YAML spec

I was trying to integrate a task to manually collect calculated clover metrics into a YAML spec build job. However, I was not able to find any documentation on this. 

The clover metrics is generated in a pytest-cover build job. The resulting coverage report is coverted to clover format by using the cobertura-clover-transform python package.

Setting this up by point-and-click does work like a charm. How would I do this (select the option "Select code coverage output for this job") via a bamboo YAML spec?
