How to add Linux capabilities to Bamboo Remote Agent?

I have a remote agent and I want to add custom capabilities to it, such that I can run script commands like
apt-get updatein my pipeline. I’ve read the documentation here, but couldn’t find anything for Linux. Would appreciate any help/guidance
