We have an existing bamboo server that we are replacing with a new bamboo server. We want to keep the information in the postgresql database. How do we add the new server to the existing DB?

Provided that you keep the same Bamboo version, you only need to change set the location in bamboo.cfg.xml in Bamboo home. But you should probably copy over the complete Bamboo home directory.

You can follow this KB on migrating your Bamboo server.
