How can I integrate Bamboo with Crowd to get the correct information about an author of a change?

After the configuration of Bamboo to connect Crowd for user managment the login process uses the Crowd database correctly. But it is not possible to get the information about the author. SVN is also connected to crowd.

The view "Manage Users" shows usernames like this "UName", but in the view of changes the author looks like "uname". I think this is the problem.

How can I set the configuration in this way, that the configuration uses usernames with lowercases? In Fisheye exists an configuration "Force Lowercase Username". Is there a similar configuration in Bamboo?

Which of these author names do you consider "proper" ? Is the data from SVN wrong or is the login information in Bamboo wrong?

You can define repository aliases for your users, but that would be a workaround.
