How can I create Bamboo Specs in Java?

I have come across two methods of creating Bamboo specs in Java.

1)By Maven archetype generate command

2)By "View Plan as Bamboo Specs" option under the plan configuration

Which is the best way to do and why?

I am beginner to Bamboo and also would like to convert a Jenkinsfile to Bamboo Specs using Java. So which is the approach that I should follow?

Either method is valid, it's probably just comes down to a matter of preference.

If you already have plans defined, option 2 works best to migrate those plans to Specs definitions.

It can also provide you examples of how to do more complicated setups in Specs.

I would advise you to check out and review our Specs documentation.
