Error encountered while triggering manual build: Unable to read cipher data for 0

Hi everyone,

My Bamboo plan was working smoothly but suddenly pull request cant trigger build plan. Then i run plan manually and bamboo gives an error like "Error encountered while triggering manual build: Unable to read cipher data for 0". I searched log file and i found this "FATAL [11-BranchDetectionBackgroundThread:pool-18-thread-3] [InstanceSecretStorage] Filesystem part of instance key is unavailable"

So what will i do for this situation any suggestion? you can see log files and error from the images below.

Hi , I just copy cipher folder from another bamboo server and everything fixed.
