Configuration of Elastic Bamboo is not clear

Oliver Hagel-Doll

In the documentation here https://geioshq.atlassian.net/builds/admin/elastic/editElasticConfig.action
the usual wording for AWS is not used: start, stop, terminate instances.

Also the time units are not clear at the fields (should be always contained in dewscription) - minutes for idle agent shutdown delay, but also minutes for shutdown delay after agents terminated?

Hi @Oliver,

what you're saying sounds like a good material for an improvement issue to be raised in Bamboo project: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM

I agree that "Shutdown delay" should probably include the time unit. However, I'm not sure where exactly does the terminology differ from AWS typical wording - if you could point exact places and phrases used (maybe in the created issue), that would be great.

Cheers,
Marcin
