Can we filter out Stash notifications to Bamboo based on Project and/or Repository and/or Branch?

Stash to Bamboo Applinks seem to be at an instance to instance level. If the Stash server has several hundred projects with many repos and many more branches, and if we are interested in only a very few projects and their repos/branches:

1. will receive notification about every commit happening on Stash? 
2. Is there a way we can apply filters based on Project/Repo/Branch so that we reduce the noise at source?

probably no issues.

we want to filter them, if the filtering option is available out of the box.

and if it is not available, then we know that this (all notifications) is the starting point, and we can get closure on this and say that, out of the box, Bamboo and Stash work at an instance to instance level, and that's good enough.
