Can quarantine be set to cascade to all branches?

Can quarantine be set to cascade to all branches?

Is it possible to quarantine a test in the top branch and have this cascade down to all feature branches? When a test is failing and needs to be quarantined, it would help if the test case be quarantined in the develop branch and have all other branches recognize this same quarantined test and not have to go into every branch and quarantine this test. It's possible to have up to 20-30 active branches that would need the test quarantined. Being able to set the test to quarantine once would be helpful.
