Can a user view a bamboo working directory?

Users are asking me, the system administrator, to give them files from bamboo working directories to help them figure out why plans fail.

How can users view the working directory themselves?

You could share the directory from the bamboo server and give users access that way; they'd simply have to map a network drive.

Hello Ron,

It's not possible to give users access to main Bamboo directories via the UI to download or view specific files. This page has a list of all important Bamboo directories and you need to modify permissions for each and provide access to the server if they need the files: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Locating+important+directories+and+files
