Is there an option to restrict access to view artifacts in Bamboo? I can see that you can restrict access to view plans, but can I narrow it down to just artifacts? I want people to be able to view plans, but only certain people to view artifacts. Possible?

Not possible, sorry. There are no access rights tied to Artifacts.
