Build and Release from Jira pointing to Bamboo Branch Plan (release branches)?

For my Hotfix process, I'd like to perform Build and Release from Jira and point to a Bamboo Branch Plan .vs. the default plan. Using release branches (dynamically named from the release version) I want to have the interface load the current branch plans of the Bamboo Plan as options to 'Build and Release' from.
