Bamboo version upgrade results to license invalid

Hi,

 

I recently upgrade my bamboo version from 5.11 to 5.14. We are currently on the premium subscription, yet, the logs still redirects me to setupLicense. Did I missed something on the fly, i just copy paste the license string and the product key as well.

 

Urgent support here. Thank you!
