Bamboo error on using Maven Profile

I'm using Maven 3.2.3 executable in one of my bamboo task. and in the goal I've specified :

clean package -Ptest -DskipTests

Bamboo is complaining about [ERROR] Unknown lifecycle phase "–Ptest".  In order to create build I need to execute using this profile defined in my POM file, how & where I can specify my build to use this profile.
