Bamboo bootstrap failed: Could not make directory/ies

I have installed bamboo on mac. Setup BambooHome with 777 perms.

I get this error when trying to start bamboo. Bamboo bootstrap failed: Could not make directory/ies: /home/raigners/BambooHome.

Can anyone help concerning why this error message is generated?
