I have started a Windows stock image in Bamboo. I'd like to access the logs to see why the elastic agents hangs and doesn't seem to be starting. I logged into the a remote desktop session and looked in C:\opt\bamboo-elastic-agent but could not find any logs.

Hello Scott,

Thank you for your question.

Bamboo logs in Windows stock images can be found under "C:\Users\Bamboo\bamboo-agent-home\logs".

Regarding on the stock image not staring up, it might be the case where you are experiencing the following issue:

This issue has been fixed already and it will be available in Bamboo v5.9. You can find the a list of images that have been fixed in the ticket's comments.

At moment, the suggested would be starting up the agent manually.

If you find this answer useful, I would kindly ask you to accept it so the same will be visible to others who might be facing the same issue you have inquired.

Thank you for your understanding.
