Bamboo REST API Failures or Feature?

I am trying to read out the configurations of my build plans and deployment projects via the Bamboo RestApi.

Unfortunately, I have already noticed several errors...

• Reading the artifacts from a plan:

           (/project/{projeyKey}-{planKey}/artifact)

           Only artifacts with the setting shared are displayed!

• Reading plan stage informations:

          (/project/{projeyKey}-{planKey}/?expand=stages)

         The configuration for final is missing!

• Where can i read the job tasks, job requirements and the Deployment Environment Tasks?

• To read the complete specs code for project or build plan no admin rights are necessary but for the deployment project specs code admin rights are necessery, why?
