This looks like a typical install screen that show the application is working in th background to create the schema, tables, stored procedures, etc. in the database associated with it. Have you looked in the log files to see if there are any errors being reported? (I'm assuming the application never comes back?)
If there are errors in the log files, please post them here and we can have a look. Cheers!
