Bamboo 2.7: Separate ANT install required?

Hi Folks,

I'm in the process of creating a new Ant builder for Bamboo 2.7. Does Bamboo include Ant or is a separate installation required? If it is included, what's the path?

Although Bamboo includes Ant classes, you should install a separate Ant.

Thanks for the reply. Can you provide any insight into why a separate install is necessary? My System's Admin insists I know before he allows the install.

Because you should never ever use software B bundled with software A if developer of software A said you should not use it...
