Automation betweeb bitbucket tags and bamboo

Generally , the process is now , after unit test and sonar quality gate pass, then tags generate in bitbucket , post that tag creation , in bamboo , run the customize plan as override variable of jira.version and put the tag version . 

How do i automate these two into a single one so that after sonar quality gate pass, directly fetch the tag details and execute the bamboo plan without customization .
