I am able to configure Application Link from JIRA to bamboo. However from the bamboo side the application link to JIRA does not work. In the bamboo logs I get
Authenticator net.customware.plugins.connector.core.applinks.auth.ConnectorAuthenticationProvider specified by remote application 128a4091-65d0-3bfa-9023-71993dada6f1 is not installed locally, and will not be used.
We are using JIRA cloud and bamboo -5.8.1 installed on our own Linux VM.
Nginx is used as a reverse proxy and redirects http to https

Hello Sonny,
Thank you for your question.
Please, refer to Linking to server applications from your cloud instance documentation for further information.
Also, I would suggest you on running SSLPoke against your Bamboo instance just to make sure the HTTPS is working as expected. SSLPoke simply connects to a SSL service, sends a byte of input, and watches the output.
If you find this answer useful, I would kindly ask you to accept it so the same will be visible to others who might be facing the same issue you have inquired.
Thank you for your understanding.
