We love the SAS model, but we use Rackspace cloud. We want to be able to integrate JIRA OnDemand with custom Bamboo agents. I realize this doesn't exist today, but is this something that you are considering and if so, what is the timeframe?

This feature is being considered but we do not have a a plan or timeline for it at this stage. We have the feature request for this here, which you can keep a watch on it.
