After Upgrade to 10.2 from 9.2. MSBuild Executable Type no longer available for Capabilities

Hey y'all

We recently performed an upgrade from 9.2 to 10.2.1 on our Bamboo. After the upgrade, our build plans that were leveraging Capabilities related to MSBuild were no longer working.

It looks like the MSBuild Executable Type disappeared from our available attributes, we can still see our agents have the capabilities set up.

Any idea how to get the MSBuild Executable Type to be available again? I'm struggling to find documentation on how the Executable Type list is defined/driven

We found the issue was due to the .Net plugin in the system apps for the Server was not enabled.

Look like this was unintentionally disabled at some point during our own upgrade
