Xray test tool has limited capacity (100GB) for test evidence attachments. Want to create a Jira automation that will instead send test evidence to a Confluence Space and prevent test evidence file from being attached to the Jira test work item. MP4 files are consuming most of the currently limited Xray test tool attachments capacity.
You can't, as the test evidence is stored in Xray and not in Jira.
The only work around that could work in theory is to have an automation that fetches the attachment via the Xray API and then use the Confluence API via to store the attachement on a page
Hi @tyrone kimble , thanks for your post.
What are the MP4 files of? Could you use Loom or some other screen recording tool instead?
Best wishes
