To set the resolution, you have to options:

Create a screen that has a Resolution field to it then in your workflow on your transition that leads to Done status, you need to edit it and within the screen section you will add your newly created screen
On your transition to Done status, you would need to go to your post function, choose the Edit field option, go for the Resolution and put the Resolved resolution - this will automatically apply the resolved resolution
