i'm attempting to create an automation that would add a specific responder team to an alert if a specific note is added.
or have an alert rule in the incoming call integration that would add that responder team to the created alert if the caller pressed a specific option.
Hi @Dave Conrad
I have tried to achieve this based on manual team input. This worked from me, you could try to expand this to do this automatically.
See my rule:
If you require more details on parts of the rule, you can ask.
i am trying to do the same thing, but get error when calling the api...
Unable to publish the web request - received HTTP status response:
422 Error found in the HTTP body response: " must not be blank"
i can successfully call the API via CURL in powershell, but get this error when doing a "web request"
any thoughts?
