Hi,

Is it possible to create a slack channel using automation? 

Im setting up a customer onboarding kanban board, and as part of this we create an internal slack channel.  ideally id like to automate this when the ticket reaches a certain point.

You can call a rest API through send web request action. Please refers to this tutorial, it is for DC, but the automation for cloud should be similar:

Hi Dan,

I am not aware of any capability to create a channel using automation - just to send a message to an existing channel.
