Hi! I wanted to ask if someone has done this before. Can we create an automation rule that says: if the space is viewed or opened, our Rovo agent automatically pops up on the right side? I'm curently unable to see trigger : page is viewed or space is viewed
At the moment, Confluence automation doesn’t provide any trigger related to “page viewed” or “space viewed” events.
The available triggers for pages include actions like Page created, edited, published, archived, moved, or commented, but not view or access events.
Rovo agents can’t currently be triggered automatically just because someone opens or views a space they operate based on manual interaction or defined events (like comments, mentions, or prompts inside the space).
If your goal is to greet users or offer assistance when they visit a space, a workaround would be to use a welcome message pinned to the top of the space home page, or an AI prompt card configured in Rovo’s settings that way, the agent is visible and ready when users arrive, but not triggered by the act of viewing.
You can see the official documentation for Rovo configuration here: Rovo Documentation

Anthony
