How do I select lookup issue as an Action in Jira automation?
Hi @Kunal Kumar , welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you elaborate a bit more in regards to what you're looking to achieve or maybe share a use case?
The lookup issues action is available in Automation as can be seen below:
You will however need to use smart-values as mentioned by Bill in the previous answer.
If you need further assistance, let me know.
Kind Regards,
Ash

Are you sure you're looking at the action instead of the trigger?
Can you please send me a screenshot of your current automation rule?
Kind Regards,
Ash

Hi @Kunal Kumar
Please look at the documentation for this feature to learn how to use it: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/#--lookupIssues--

Are you using Jira Cloud or Server/Data Center?
If you are using Server/Data Center, automation does not support Lookup Issues.
Instead the bulk-handling option is available for the scheduled trigger or for branches: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/run-a-rule-against-issues-in-bulk-993924653.html
