Getting "Specify a valid value for reporter" error while trying to exporting flow from ARD

Hi All, 

I was trying to export a flow from ARD to Jira . While I am trying to export a error is coming saying "Specify a valid value for reporter" according to broadcom this value comes from  jira username but It is of no use . Can anyone please help me with the issue

You are going to need to give us a bit more detail - mainly how you are trying to map ARD users into Jira?

ARD will be able to login in Jira by its Connectors . There is a option called "Export Flow" 

Now for this feature to work I have to map "Reporter Name" as Jira username 

I am trying to use the username which I used for login but it is not helping .

It will be a pleasure if you help me with this issue

Ok, but how are you mapping your ARD users into Jira?  What is the connection?  A directory?  Something ARD is looking up and passing in?  Jira users?
