Ola comunidade,
Gostaria de dicas para criar uma automação no Jira.
Tenho uma que se repete diariamente, porém gostaria que após todos os colaboradores lançassem seus apontamentos nessa tarefa ela mudasse para o status concluído sozinha.
Se for possível e alguém puder colaborar comigo agradeço.
Hi @Wilian Geanino Santos
Thanks for reaching out to the Community – happy to help!
It sounds like you're trying to automate task status transitions in Jira based on whether all collaborators have logged their time ("apontamentos"). To better assist you, could you please clarify a few points:
Is the number of collaborators fixed per task, or dynamic?
For example, should the automation trigger after 3 specific users submit, or just "all assigned users"?
Do you currently track this via a checklist, sub-tasks, or another field?
If you're open to using Marketplace apps, you might find SLA Time and Report app helpful – especially if you want to:
Track how long tasks stay in each status or assignee queue
Automate escalations or SLA-based status changes
Build reports based on real-time logged or response times
It’s particularly useful for teams that rely on internal deadlines or customer-facing service agreements (even outside of traditional ITSM workflows).
Let me know if you have any questions!
Regards!
They are already using a 3rd party app, Clockwork as shown in the screenshot.

Welcome to the community.
First of all the time tracking is based on a 3rd party app, looking at their documentation there is no integration with automation.
Also there is no option to define who the workers are and when they write time or do this a single time or multiple times.
Also API options from the app offer much options as you can only get worklogs or stop and start the timer.
So you could get the worklogs on an issue van an API call in an automation ,but the automation needs to be triggered.
You could reach out to the support department of the vendor to sse if they might have a solution for this.

Hi @Wilian Geanino Santos , thanks for your post.
If you are looking for help with an automation, please share with us
- Screens of the rule details, trigger, conditions and actions
- Any audit log entries that are relevant (to show if the rule has any errors)
Also, you can check out this https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule-list?systemLabelId=all&page=1&pageSize=20&sortKey=name&sortOrder=ASC automation library that Atlassian has made available to help you get started.
It is not clear to me what you want your automation to do, otherwise I would have suggested a worked example you could use as a basis.
Best wishes

HI @Wilian Geanino Santos , thanks for your comment.
As @Marc - Devoteam suggests, please reach out to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219213/clockwork-pro-for-jira-time-tracking-and-timesheets?hosting=cloud&tab=support to see what support they can offer in terms of automating with their app data / triggers / actions.
Best wishes
