you can find information around this in the Confluence for Atlassian Partners (don't want to share the URL here as I'm not sure how "secret" it is.) You can find the appropriate page with it's title "Solution Partner Program FAQs" in this Confluence.
I've looked it up for you and it states that it takes 24 hours for the data to be synchronized to the important systems as well as the partner directory.
