Introducing the Migration Partner Network

Hello, Atlassian Community!

I'm Giorgi Jikia from Twinit, and I'm excited to introduce the Migration Partner Network (MPN)—a community initiative for Atlassian Solution Partners, consultants, and migration specialists.

As cloud migrations become more complex, we believe the best customer outcomes come from collaboration. No single partner can be an expert in every migration scenario, but together, we can share knowledge, combine expertise, and help customers navigate even the most challenging migrations.

The goal is simple:

• Build a trusted migration community.
• Connect partners with complementary expertise.
• Deliver better Atlassian Cloud migration outcomes together.

This initiative is led by Twinit, an Atlassian Gold Solution Partner specializing in complex JSM Assets migrations.

We've built an end-to-end migration solution for customers moving complex Assets environments to the cloud, covering everything from schemas and object relationships to legacy and reference fields, automations, attachments, filters, icons, and dependencies.
If you're looking for a trusted partner for complex Assets migrations—or simply want to connect with like-minded migration experts—we'd love to hear from you.

cloud migrations often involve edge cases that no one can think about, so this would be a great resource for eveyone, especially for really complex migrations

Thanks for starting this initiative.

At Sykora IT, we've had the opportunity to support several enterprise customers with migrations from Jira Data Center to Atlassian Cloud, including complex Assets migrations where we've also worked with Twinit's solutions.

We've also been involved in migrations from other ITSM platforms, such as USU Service Management, to Jira Service Management Cloud. Those projects often require a combination of migration tools, custom integrations, and tailored approaches to address customer-specific challenges.

I'd be happy to connect, exchange experiences, and contribute to the community.

Thanks so much for sharing this - great to hear Sykora IT has been active in both Jira Data Center and ITSM-to-JSM Cloud migrations.

The USU-to-JSM Cloud work in particular sounds like exactly the kind of complementary expertise MPN is aiming to bring together, since custom integrations and tailored tooling are often the hardest part of those projects.
