Multi-site support for Rovo MCP

Hi!

As an Atlassian partner, we're working with multiple clients within a day. Claude Cowork, and with that, Rovo MCP is gaining traction and becoming more valuable day by day as a tool to hand off tasks.

However, if I got it correctly, Rovo MCP could be authenticated with only one Atlassian site at a time, and if I want to change that, I need to log out and reauthenticate. If we're to build several automated pipelines, that seriously hinders the operation

Any suggestions on how to handle this better on our side in Claude Cowork, or is a multi-site version expected in the future? Thanks.
