Looking for info on roadmap with few niggles using mcp

Hey, i've collected a few activities that are not possible via MCP, and wanted to feedback and see if there are any plans to enhance it?

1. setting task parent after ticket creation, you can when creating but parent not available for edit i.e. change epic.
2. add work item link to confluence whether web link or confluence page.
3. moving tasks to sub-tasks and vice versa not possible.\
4. setting resolution when moving task to closed state - not sure if this is standard JIRA

Appreciate the feedback. 

1. Setting parent task is possible today via editJiraIssue tool.  Can you let me know if there is(are) specific scenarios that you are trying to execute which are failing?
2. #2 is a great tool to have. I have included them in my roadmap. 
3. #3 same as aboe. 
4. We don't have this today. It is also transition based - triggered once the work-item changes state(in progress -> done). So, in order to create the right tool can you tell me more about what scenario for MCP?

It would also be a great addition if I could just paste something like a screenshot into my agent chat asking it to attach it to a ticket and have the image attached to the ticket.

I'm not sure where the limitations for that are but it would be really awesome to be able to do.

Hey, thanks very much for getting back! I've raised this questions in terms of using the MCP. I am using claude.

1. / 4. totally take these back: it was claude's fault :D

1. it was using acli which can't do it, even though i've MCP installed, i've just tried it and can set parent.

4. i was trying to get it to close and set the resolution at the same time, but when you've just said it's a post state change, i've just tried it now with a closed and it works; what threw me is it's not possible to change the resolution via the UI once it's closed. I knew i thought claude had done it, but i was pressuring him to repeat it.

On anthony's note, image handling would be great too: upload, embedding in text: description and comments.
