Hi all,

I’m working with Atlassian MCP in a production setup. I understand that mcp-remote is typically used to mint MCP tokens from OAuth credentials, but I would like to avoid using mcp-remote in production.

Is there a way to directly generate MCP-compatible access tokens using my OAuth credentials (client ID, client secret, and refresh token), without relying on the mcp-remote tool?

Any guidance, best practices, or references to APIs that support this flow would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
