Can MCP be Used to Access Projects & Goals?

Atlas Projects and Goals were recently moved to platform offerings and are now available under Home and as dedicated apps. I have Atlassian Intelligence enabled on Projects and Goals.

Are they accessible via MCP? If not, how else can they be programmatically accessed?
